~THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW~
*We are state inspected and HACCP certified.
All processing equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily.
*All deer must be field dressed with all organs removed. Deer not properly
field dressed will be subject to a minimum $15 cleaning charge.
*All boneless venison must be fresh/frozen, boneless, trimmed and clean.
We will not accept ground venison, only whole muscle. We reserve the right to
refuse any venison that does not smell fresh or is not properly cleaned.
All boneless venison should be transported in clean, clear, plastic bags or
plastic pails. Please do not use black garbage bags, non-food
or dirty food containers to transport your boneless venison.
*Whole skinned deer or bone-in sections of deer are subject
to a minimum $30 boning and cleaning charge.
*We add to your venison 30% - 50% pork or beef depending on sausage type.
All prices are based on total weight after pork or beef are added.
Example: 10# your venison + 5# our pork = 15# sausage x $2.20lb = $33.00
*Keep in mind all smoked sausage does shrink during the smoking process.
Your start weight will be a little more than your take home weight.
Example: 15# start weight - 10% smokehouse shrink = 13.5# take home weight
*All smoked sausage is vacuum packed and frozen for your convenience.
This packaging maximizes freshness and provides a longer freezer life.
*We will call you when your order is finished.
Because of the high volume of beef, pork, and venison processing that we do,
we ask you pick your order up within 7 days after notification.
*We are committed to quality and strive to produce
the very best product as quickly as possible.
But please remember, quality does take time,
the wait will be worth it, so please be patient. |
